At the inaugural Impact Week hosted by TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and NO.17 foundation, CIIP CEO Dawn Chan moderated a panel titled De-Risk & Scale: Blended Finance Pathways for Climate-Smart Food & Agri-tech featuring the panelists Antoine Raes (Mirova), Khanh Than (Touchstone Partners), Li Lang Heng (Temasek Foundation), and Bambang Cahyo Susili (Eratani). The discussion explored how intentional financial partnerships can help early-stage agri-food and climate solutions overcome the “valley of death” and scale into viable, market-ready innovations. With experiences from private capital, philanthropy, and on-the-ground business operations, the speakers shared perspectives on the roles different funders can play, with impact as the common language.
