As part of our Impact T&Cs series, CIIP was pleased to convene an informal gathering bringing together a small group of investors active in the financial inclusion space for a casual and open exchange of views.

The session provided a valuable opportunity to discuss emerging developments shaping impactful financial services across Southeast Asia, explore potential areas for collaboration, and share updates on CIIP’s next phase of work in this space. Conversations also highlighted the growing importance of strong impact measurement and management (IMM) practices, including practical approaches to data collection and measurement, and the value of regionally grounded insights to inform decision‑making.

We are grateful to all participants for their candid perspectives and constructive dialogue, and we look forward to continuing these insightful conversations through CIIP’s Impact T&Cs platform as we work together to advance the impact ecosystem in the region.
